Jesus Is Sufficient

Bless the Lord, O my soul,
And forget not all His benefits:
Who forgives all your iniquities,
Who heals all your diseases,
Who redeems your life from destruction,
Who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies.
Psalm 103:2-4

My soul and all that is within me blesses the Lord.  His benefits cannot be forgotten. I know he has forgiven me my iniquities and he has healed me from my cancer that was leading to my destruction. My crowns of loving kindness and tender mercies I wear with honor and glory. I live now to help others see and feel the same.

One In Christ

So in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.
Romans 12:5

If you know Jesus as your Savior and Lord you are known to be "In Christ". There are a large number of us and we form one body known as, "The Bride of Christ".  Christ is the Bridegroom and like a Bride and a Bridegroom they belong to each other and become as one body.  Thus each member belongs to all the others.  A beautiful picture of our relationship to Jesus.  He has given everything He is or has to us and we are to do the same for Him.

Faith Certain and Sure

Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.  Hebrews 11:1

When I go to God requesting help I have this great expectation, knowing I have His love and attention to me alone, it seems.  I can feel His comfort and know His will is done, no matter what the outcome.

Sufficient Grace in Perfect Weakness

My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness. 2 Cor. 12:9

The grace of Jesus can not be understood by my small intellect and he helps me know, that is OK; because my level of understanding will grow in time and as I see it now, I need to know, His grace is sufficient.  He continues to help me by letting me know that even though I am weak in many ways, He can, will and has used me to accomplish his desires.  I simply need to make myself available and not ignore the opportunities He sends my way.  I know that I know "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13  What humbles me is knowing that he trusts me to do what He desires and gives me His power, wisdom and knowledge to do so.
